Why is Change So Hard? Part 1

For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. Galatians 5:17 ESV

I want to change. I have changed at times. I have changed back other times.

Step one is to recognize the factors working against our transformation. As we look to Galatians 5:17 we see that there is a spiritual and physical battle waring within our body, mind and soul. Should we choose to ignore this battle, we have lost before we begin.

Part one in a series on change.

This series will analyze why change is so hard and how to commit to personal tranformation and the power required to remain anew.
